Our 2-year warranty

Free maintenance
The maintenance work on our stairlifts is simple and cheap, but even so, we give you 2 free maintenance visits during your warranty, which you can schedule whenever suits you best.
Priority line
If your stairlift breaks down, our warranty gives you priority to a call-out service that will be with you as soon as they can. Whenever you need them.
Replacing parts
Our parts and components are made to withstand decades of use, but if they need replacing due to normal wear and tear we can do that for you.
Pre-Sales
Support and pre-sales information anywhere in the country
We are more than happy to pay you a free home visit to answer all of your questions. Our home visits are always cost and commitment-free, which means we give you time to consider your options. Then, when you’re ready, we’re there to help in whatever way we can, wherever you happen to be in Finland.

All our straight stairlifts come with a small inbuilt screen, which displays a number if there’s ever an error. That means that when you call us, we can tell you what the problem is based on that number, and are even likely to be able to fix it over the phone.
